Since there are other infections besides HIV that are important to watch out for, we are offering a free package only now, on the occasion of Pride. Various scientific data show that often in Bulgaria people learn that they are HIV-positive years after they became infected. This is due to irregular testing, fear and stigma. HIV is now only a chronic disease, thanks to antiretroviral therapy, which is provided free of charge in Bulgaria.
