Our VentureOut program is now 4 years old! Our program offers comprehensive, concrete and practical resources to both companies and young LGBTI people in Bulgaria. Since the launch of our free career initiative for LGBTI people in Bulgaria, we have worked with a total of 298 unique users, 223 of whom have found employment and 19 have gone on to training or further education thanks to the programme manager Konstantin Kunev. We are extremely happy and proud that we have been able to help so many young people from our community develop their potential and grow professionally in Bulgaria!
