08.06.2022Our a free training for social workers "Professional criteria and guidelines for supporting young people with different sexual orientation and gender identity" was held in Pleven on 13th May.
The training was well attended by more than 20 professionals from the field of social services, who were greatly interested in the theoretical training, shared their professional experiences and discussed case studies related to the topic.
We are grateful for the expertise of Anna Zhukivskaya, psychologist and coordinator of our Psychological Support Programme, and for the interest and participation of all attendees.
-----The training is part of the three-year project "Empowering young LGBTI people through access to services, motivation and focused policy change", which is implemented with financial support provided by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA Financial Mechanism. The main goal of the project is to support and empower young LGBTI people and the professionals working with them.
