Konstantin is a Human Resources professional with 10 years of experience in IT and BPO organizations. His focus is on Learning & Development on an organizational level and talent development with individuals. In the last few years, he’s been working on Diversity & Inclusion with organizations and heads the Blockchain Technology Major programme at VUZF. He joined Single Step as a volunteer back in October 2017.
