We give you Atanas: an Illustrator

He is the sixth artist selected to be part of #GenerationArt

Atanas is an illustrator based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

His interest in drawing was apparent at an early age, in which he would mostly draw animals.

Through his interest in fine art, he was able to discover poster art, which would then play a key role in his love of illustration. Atanas specializes in fashion and portrait illustration. He also works on architecture and linocut projects. He uses various mediums that include ink, pastel, gouache and uses collage techniques.

You can find his work on his Instagram account atanasbukovinov. You should definitely check it out and feel the real inspiration of those innovative techniques.

Atanas is the sixth participant selected to be featured on GenerationArt - a space where you can express yourself and show your art. If you also want to get involved, the invitation is open to people from all over the country, with no deadline - email us at with a brief description of the genre you work in and what message you convey through your art. No matter what path you pursue, what your genre and form are, we can't wait to share your work!
