The opening of the first solo exhibition of photographer, blogger and journalist Evgeni Kirilov took place on 13 October at The Steps community space.

Many guests and close friends of the author joined the opening event. Some of the models who posed for the photographs in the exhibition were also present to share the special evening. The artist talked about the inspiration behind his images, his creative biography and his journey in discovering himself.

We are grateful that the artist chose to show his first solo exhibition in collaboration with the Single Step Foundation at The Steps.

The exhibition is part of the three-year project "Empowering young LGBTI people through access to services, motivation and focused policy change", which is implemented with financial support from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA Financial Mechanism. The main objective of the project is to support and empower young LGBTI people and professionals working with them.
