We present to you our next CampOUT mentor:

Alina Manova has been one of the most active professional make-up artists in Bulgaria for more than a decade.

Her work includes a number of editorial and commercial projects for print and online media, brand campaigns, domestic and foreign TV commercials, and music videos (including Dua Lipa's latest video "Break my Heart"). Her work can be seen in photo shoots and magazine covers for editions such as AMICA, ELLE, GRAZIA, Harper’s Bazaar, Esquire, EVA, and many others, and more recently in the French edition of NORMAL.

Her work takes her to photoshoots in Italy, Spain, Iceland, Switzerland, France, Greece, and others.

She was born in Stara Zagora, where she graduated from the French Romain Rolland High School. And then, while developing a make-up career, she completed a Bachelor's degree in History and Geography and a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and Consulting of Organizations at Sofia University "Kliment Ohridski".

She was the main make-up artist and jury for the Best Model of the World 2012 competition, the jury of Arena of Beauty 2015 and 2016, the winner of the Golden Needle for best fashion make-up artist of 2017, and has been part of the Avon family for four years. Alina is their official make-up artist for Bulgaria.

She loves her job and defines herself as a contented make-up artist.

CampOUT 2020 is part of the three-year project "Empowering young LGBTI people through access to services, motivation and focused policy change", implemented with financial support, provided by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA Financial Mechanism. The main objective of the project is to support and empower young LGBTI people and the professionals supporting them.
