"Out chat started last night. It is operated by a team of professional volunteers that were trained by us. Most of them have experience as psychologists or are students in their last years of education. The chat is created to provide space for the LGBTI people who need to talk to someone, who have specific questions or need of information. The chat is not only for the young people, but also for their parents and their families as the support for LGBTI youth coming from their families is crucial", explained Nikoleta Gabrovska for the Bulgarian National Radio.
