We present to you Avra: a Drag Queen
Avra is a popular Bulgarian drag artist who won the crown of Benediction Drag Race in 2020.
With over 20 performances, she captures the attention with fiery visions, incredible dancing and passion on stage. To make her more aware of her adventure and why she decided that this art was for her, we asked her a few questions:
What did your participation and victory in the Benediction Drag Race 2020 give you?
The crown brought me a lot of joy and personal satisfaction. But above all, this title gave me the opportunity to sign a contract for future performances with a leading platform for club entertainment and helped me move to a higher artistic level.
What advice would you give to queens who are ready for casting and want to make the most impression?
To be constantly informed, to gain knowledge and skills from other more experienced and distinguished artists and to try to discover their unique style through the prism of their talent and perceptions. The audience always rewards the artists with their own stage style. But let them not forget that above all it takes diligence and a lot of work to make their dreams come true.
And what advice would you give to those who are still hesitant or worried?
I would advise them to just take the first step. I am convinced that in the next moment they will immediately understand that this is a wonderful and exciting adventure. Let's not forget that everything is a show and be careful not to lose their breasts.
